No one was more surprised at God’s call to serve this church in this position than she, but to His call, she did answer in November 2014.

Recently, Dawn graduated from the Ministry Leadership Initiative cohort program, allowing her to network with other children’s and youth pastors, and achieve many of the educational goals she has set for herself.  Dawn is also active in the Missouri Conference NextGen cohort, the Cameron Optimist Club, Friends of the Library, and Cameron PTSA.

Dawn enjoys working with people of all ages and seeks to be continuously growing in faith, knowledge and leadership. She is a Stephen Minister and leads the congregational care connection team, women's ministry small groups and is active in prayer team and mission team. Originally from Alden, New York, Dawn is married, has two wonderful children and four adorable grandchildren. She and her husband, Tary, moved to Cameron in 2008, excited to put down some roots and establish some great relationships within this community. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, fishing, and working on projects together.
