At that time the disciples came to Jesus, asking, “Who is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?” So Jesus called a child to come and stand in front of them, and said, “I assure you that unless you change and become like children, you will never enter the Kingdom of heaven. The greatest in the Kingdom of heaven is the one who humbles himself and becomes like this child. And whoever welcomes in my name one such child as this, welcomes me.

REGISTER NOW FOR SUMMER CAMP!
REGISTER NOW! Camps available for all children entering 1st grade through high school, beginning June 8. Total cost varies from $160 - $340. Subtract $25 if you register on or before April 16. Cameron UMC pays the $50 deposit for EVERY CAMPER and scholarships are available for the full camp fee. Just ask! Call Charlotte or Paul, 632-3461.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
JULY 12 - 16, 2010
MARK YOUR CALENDAR FOR JULY 12 - 16 and come with us on Joseph's Journey from prison to palace. Amazing crafts! Crazy games! Costumed leaders! From 5 - 8 p.m. every night, we'll enter the land of Egypt together as we learn about the one true God. [Click here for pictures of last year.]
ONGOING EVENTS FOR CHILDREN
Nursery Care
Nursery care is available for children 5 years and younger every Sunday morning from 8:45 to 12:15 and on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, as needed. Both paid and volunteer caregivers are Safe Sanctuaries certified and are committed to providing a caring and nurturing environment for children and their parents. Paid workers are also trained in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.

Sundays - The Shepherd’s Tree
Starting in late September, children will have their own worship bag of sermon-based activities waiting for them on The Shepherd’s Tree in the narthex of the main building.

Sundays - Children’s Church
Every Sunday during The Porch service. 25 minutes of praise, prayer, story and music for kids age 4 through 2nd grade.

Wednesdays - WoC* with Christ
At Cameron UMC, Sunday School has moved to Wednesday! *Way of the Child is a Christ-centered spiritual formation program for boys and girls age two through 6th grade held every Wednesday evening, 5:45 – 7:00 pm, September 16 through May 19. Register by calling the church office, 632-3461.

Children’s Library
The Sarah Circle of CUMC has created a beautiful children’s library in our Education Building, 2nd floor. Open Wednesday evenings after WoC 7-7:15 for book checkout and other times upon request.

Fall Festival
